Who is “The Rockets?”

The Rockets is a team formed of 5 students from the 9A grade of ICHB Pallady. Our mission is to spread awareness and educate people on light pollution and what is happening in our city.

By creating this site who promotes our campaign and its values, we hope to make as many people as possible aware of this harmful kind of pollution.

Meet the members of the team

Isa: Hi! I am Isa and I am the coordinator of this team and site. Together with my friends I hope to make an enjoyable way of learning about light pollution and its disturbing on our city, but most importantly, on our planet.

Rebeca: Hi! I am Rebeca and I hope this will reach the right audience, motivated to step out of their comfort zone and make a change regarding light pollution.

Matei: Hello, I’m Matei and I want with the help of my team to make more people aware of light pollution so hopefully we can start working against it, winning in our starry night skies back, even in the biggest of cities!

Daria: Hi! I am Daria and I am part of this amazing project. With the help of it we want to spread awareness of light pollution and to inform you about it, since it’s a pretty harmful issue. If we want to change something we should work together! Go team!

Alexia: I am Alexia and I am a member of this beautiful team. I truly believe that if we get motivated and involved in this project as many as possible, we will have amazing results in the future.
